These Terms of Service govern your use of the SnapShip mobile application operated by Robot Mouse LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

SnapShip is designed to assist eBay resellers with item identification, pricing research, profit calculation, and listing generation. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
• Use the app to engage in fraudulent activity on any marketplace
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app

Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro monthly subscription is $19.99/month, billed to your Apple ID account
• Pro yearly subscription is $79.99/year, billed annually to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end
• Manage and cancel your subscription in iPhone App Store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

Free Tier

Free users receive 3 scans per day. Additional scans may be unlocked by watching rewarded advertisements (up to 3 additional scans per day). Free scan limits reset daily at midnight.

Referral Program

Both the referrer and referee receive one free month of Pro upon successful referral. Referral codes are limited to one redemption per device. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse — including fake accounts or coordinated exploitation — results in account termination and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

Pricing Data Disclaimer

SnapShip provides eBay sold listing data and AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. This is not financial advice. Actual resale values may vary. We make no guarantees about pricing data accuracy. Shipping estimates are based on USPS rates and may vary based on actual item dimensions, weight, and destination.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated listings and item identifications may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting on any platform. SnapShip is not liable for inaccurate item identification or listing content.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Robot Mouse LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Mouse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, inaccurate pricing data, or failed sales.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
